Simple Purchase Steps
- Select your choice of products from our vast collections of clothes and accessories.
- Fill up our Order Form with your orders.
- Our Customer Service Representative will contact you within 48 hours via your email address regarding the availability of your order and payment details.
- Please proceed with the payment of your order. Please view the payment section below for the payment methods. Your orders will only be confirmed after your payment is received. Upon making your payment, please email us your transaction number/ reference number.
- Upon receiving your payment, please allow a grace period of 10-14 working days for us to process your order.

- There is currently no minimal order required.
- Payment
- For Singapore Customers
- We are currently accepting only payments via POSB / DBS bank transfers.
- For Overseas Customers
- We will advice payments to our Paypal account via our email address: girldreamcollection@gmail.com.
- Shipping and Handling
- Shipping in Singapore
- For shipping within Singapore, all items are mailed out via either Singpost's standard or registered mail service. We highly recommend registering your parcels as we are not liable for lost and damaged parcels.
- Shipping rates are calculated by weight and can be viewed through Singpost's website here.
- Shipping Overseas
- For shipping outside of Singapore, all items are sent by registered mail from Singapore via registered postage by Singpost. We will email the tracking number of the parcel to you once your items are shipped out. Most countries have tracking facilities available, but if you are unsure we advise that you check with your local post office whether they are able to track registered parcels from Singapore.
